Dear Madam/Sir
The cell line <name, accession number>
we obtained from your laboratory has been cryopreserved at the collection centre.Unfortunately the regrown samples showed some difference to the original culture in our routine quality and authentication check.
We shall now send samples of the regrown culture to you and would kindly ask for your decision whether these samples can be considered to be identical to the original culture or not.
If in your opinion the cultures differ too much from your original deposit we would kindly request another sample of the cultures or any further comment how to perform the cryopreservation procedure in a more reliable or efficient way.
