TITLE: TRACEABILITY OF DATA

All collection data should be traceable. This can be achieved by keeping record books and/or protocol forms containing the following information: 

  • description of the activity
  • date of the activity
  • name of the person executing the activity 

All books, forms and files used to record this information have to be archived.
