TITLE: REPLACEMENT POLICY
- Customers complaints are forwarded to the responsible scientist and are handled individually, depending on the reason for the complaint.
- Should the claim for replacement be justified and reported within 30 days, we check the respective cell line and send a replacement as soon as possible. We can also assist with advice on the telephone in case cells do not grow optimally.
- Cultures lost due to insufficient culture conditions, inproper storage or suboptimal cell culture technique will not be replaced.
