Three resource centres have made their catalogues available via the CABRI server namely, in alphabetical order:

The laboratory procedures described in these guidelines were derived from the procedures used by these centres. Some procedures are also common to other type of collections, for exemple the collections of micro-organisms.

Each part of the guidelines consists of:

• Flow diagram outlining processes, with cross references to procedures
• List of laboratory procedures
• Additional documents, bibliographic references, forms
